Deep Breathing

General Exercise

Now that you’ve seen how you can improve your life through mindful breathing, it's time to take it to the next level.  If you are an athlete, you already know the importance of lung capacity.  You’re not an athlete?  Me neither.   “I’m in no shape to get into shape.”  Well, if you are still alive, you’re still breathing.  I consider breathing the lowest impact form of exercise that you can do. That doesn’t mean that you can’t improve your general health by increasing your lung capacity.  It just requires a bit of understanding and focus.  I really hate trying to keep the lawyers happy.  Consult a medical professional before starting any exercise program.  As with any exercise program, TRAIN DON’T STRAIN is the mantra.  Don’t push things to the point that you injure yourself.  If you feel light headed or any sort of pain, stop and seek professional medical attention.
