They will most likely prepare themselves with a deep breath before they start their performance.
So how do you get started? Simple……just breath. Stop what you are doing and take a deep breath and exhale. 1, 2, maybe 3 times, feel better? That’s your body's natural reaction to increased oxygen in your system.
